Turn off power to the electrical sub-panel, then remove the cover from the panel. Feed a length of MC metal-sheathed electrical cable up through the hole, and then extend it over the ceiling joists. Mark the location of the new volt receptacle onto the wall, making it at least 30 inches above the floor. Hold a metal old-work electrical box against the wall on the mark, then trace around it with a pencil.
Drill out two diagonal corners of the box outline with a 1-inch spade bit. Use a rotary cutout tool to cut along the box outline, creating a rectangular hole for the old-work box. Feed the end of the cable down behind the wall to the box location. Pull the cable through the hole in the wall and into the rear of the old-work box.
Remove the side plate from the box, then secure the cable to the box by tightening the cable clamp with a screwdriver. Wrap the green grounding wire from the cable around the green grounding screw inside the old-work box. Tighten the grounding screw, then reattach the side plate to the box. Push the old-work box into the hole and flat against the wall.
Secure the box by driving two screws through each of its two mounting flanges.

Just wanted to share that. So at this point I see companies have cleared the liability if you plug into a 50 amp feed. I also noted the panel inside my camper is only rated for 30 amps. Over current protection comes from the devices ahead. So the panel it’s self is protected by 50amps at the pedistal.

If you are the electrician then you will need to know what the voltage, phase and total amps are for the unit. Also, if it has a powercord or not, and if it does, what the configuration or NEMA number the cord’s plug head is.
Voltage and Phase of the kiln needs to match what is available where the kiln will be located. For example a JD volt 1 phase is a 60 amp kiln. So 75 amps- but breakers go every 10 amps so you round up to 80 amps. When in doubt, oversize. Length of the run between the breaker and the kiln is critical.
